The person
As an Applied Behavioural Insights project lead you will deliver high quality behavioural insights projects and work with the ICE team to develop insight driven, people shaped solutions.
You will develop solutions using behavioural theory, evidence and best practice. You will use your interpersonal and influencing skills to get results as part of a high performing team that works in a fast-paced environment on a variety of project types.

Working as part of a team, you will: Build rapport and trust Use insight to diagnose Co-build solutions and create practical actionable recommendations Enable people and support them through the interventions created to deliver outcomes.
