We are hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist to demonstrate product features in webinars, host customer interview sessions and present company brand in external events. A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree is preferred. 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate product features to customers and prospects in webinars
  • Interview experienced customers to share their product usage tips with new users
  • Represent company brand in external events
  • Proactively deepen the understanding of the market, customers and product
  • Managing priorities, multitasking, and delivering high-quality work

Necessary Skills and Experience

  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skill
  • Adaptive and having a strong work-ethic
  • Attentive to details
  • Well organized and with strong time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 year of related working experience preferred
  • Experiences of handling event planning logistics is a plus
