The 2020 Minnetonka Research Symposium will take place virtually!
The Minnetonka Research Symposium is an annual event showcasing student research. This research program connects accelerated students with industry partners and academic mentors, promoting collaboration on their personal research studies.
The virtual Symposium will open with student posters and videos available for pre-viewing by registered conference attendees. On May 27th, the live virtual Symposium will have a total of 18 content-area breakout sessions, with three to five student presenters. Sessions will run for 40 minutes each, during which students will be asked to present a short (1 to 2-minute) elevator speech introducing their research, and will then be available for dialogue and Q&A.
After registering, you will receive an email confirmation and be directed to download the Whova app to your mobile device or tablet in order to access the conference. If you do not have a mobile device or tablet, we are able to create an account for you. Approximately 24-48 hours before the live event, you will receive an email with your account information that will enable you to access the event via a webpage. Minnetonka Middle School and High School students will be able to download the Whova app to their iPads using self-service.
