2019 Ending the Epidemic Summit 

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute (NYSDOH AI) is hosting the fourth annual Ending the Epidemic Summit on December 3-4, 2019 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center and accompanying meeting rooms. The 2019 Ending the Epidemic Summit is intended to bring key stakeholders to one forum to share Ending the Epidemic implementation efforts focusing on the theme of Maintaining the Momentum, Expanding the Vision!   

Background

On June 29, 2014, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo detailed a three-point plan to move us closer to the end of the AIDS epidemic in New York State by the end of 2020.


Weather Update 12/2/19

Due to the winter storm and subsequent building closure of Capital District New York State office buildings, there has been a change in the Ending the Epidemic (ETE) Summit event schedule. The scheduled ETE Summit morning presentations on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 are cancelled. ETE Summit programming will begin at 2:30 pm with the Commissioner’s Recognition Awards in the Empire State Plaza, Convention Center.

Please note: Poster Presentations will be hosted during the Commissioner’s Awards Reception from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm.
