Welcome to the NHSDC Spring 2021 Virtual Conference
The National Human Services Data Consortium has announced the Spring 2021 Virtual Conference Schedule! Join us in April for 3 weeks of learning and networking on some of the most important topics facing HMIS.
The theme of this Spring's Conference is "A Year of Crisis – Humans Services Data’s Role in Recovery from the Pandemic". The conference will tackle topics important to all of us, such as:
*Equity and outcomes, equitable recovery
*Coordinated entry, process improvement, and dynamic prioritization
*Housing strategies during and following the pandemic
As in the past, this virtual conference is HUD approved. Therefore, HMIS funds awarded under the Continuum of Care (CoC) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Programs may be used to attend the Conference. Projects without funds designated for HMIS can use admin funds to attend this event. Special Note: ESG-CV funds awarded under the CARES Act may be used for the NHSDC Conference, following all the requirements in the ESG Notice.
Conference Format and Sample Agenda
Currently, we are working to finalize the agenda and will be sending out more information soon once the sessions and presenters are confirmed.
Here's what you can expect:
*Special Opening Plenary from HUD
*3-4 sessions per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
*18 sessions from HUD, including office hours on key topics
*18 sessions from NHSDC
*Networking and special breakouts hosted by NHSDC
Payment, Group Tickets, and Cancellation
While credit card payments are highly encouraged, we do allow for an invoicing option. Please use code: invoiceme on the registration page in order to be invoiced.
Please note that our cancellation policy has changed! Group Tickets (3 or more)
If your organization is registering 3 or more attendees at the same time, take advantage of the group ticket discount. Below are the requirments:
*All 3+ attendees must work for/represent the same organization.
*All 3+ tickets must be purchased at the same time, using the group ticket option at time of registration.
*Failure to meet these requirements will result in cancellation of all involved registrations and cancellation fees may apply (see below).Cancellation
Cancellation Fee: $25
Conference Registration Transfer Fee: $15
In order to incur only the $25 cancellation fee, cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and received prior to April 2, 2021. No part of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received after April 2, 2021.
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund. The fee for transferring a registration is $15.
Refunds may be granted on a case by case basis if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances. Please note: registration fees for cancellations may no longer be credited to future NHSDC Conferences.About NHSDC
