Compassionate Leadership Summit

The "HUB" Husky Union Building, Seattle, WA

November 8 - 9, 2019

The Compassionate Leadership Summit is a two-day event focused on how we might bring compassion and mindfulness more effectively into our organizations and communities. The Summit is designed to share tools, methods and traditions, to create enriching connections amongst participants, and to inspire a strong sense of being part of a movement that has real momentum in changing our culture for the benefit of all.

Target Audience: The Summit is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders in our community who are committed to developing cultures of compassion, consciousness and civility in their workplaces, and the contexts where they have influence. Leaders and groups from various sectors will be present, including corporations, non-profits, government, healthcare, education and communities of faith.

Format: Interactive, learning sessions will predominate, both in plenaries and breakouts. The Presenters are visionary leaders, teachers, cultural trailblazers and creators, who will share concrete applications of compassion and mindfulness - however defined - in their work. Expert-led work will be balanced by extensive opportunities for networking and individual connections.
