Once we published the app, how do we let people know to download it?
Our system notifies attendees automatically once your event is ready. Our organizer dashboard also provides you several ways you could use to promote the app to your attendees and also help them to use the Whova app to the full extent. The promotions available on the organizer dashboard include:
- Email templates with download instructions you can send to your RSVPs before the event.
- Automatic email campaigns sent from Whova event management system to help attendees get the most from the Whova app to the full extent.
- A poster that you can print and place in the event registration area. The poster includes Whova app download link and, QR code, and instructions for attendees to download the app.
- A slide that you can use to present the event app at the opening remark. The slide includes the Whova app download link and instructions.
- Ideas for Tweets, Facebook posts, Blogs about your event app.
