Customer Success Representative / Tech Support
Whova is hiring a full-time, in-house customer success specialist who will help customers have a smooth experience with our event management software.
Whova revolutionizes event engagement and attendee networking by providing the Whova event management software and services to support events, conferences, and expos globally everyday.

What we offer
- Salary: $40K-$50K per year, based on experience in customer success (technical support for software products, customer services and onboarding for software products, etc)
