Responsibilities

  • Cultivating a good relationship with customers
  • Answer customers questions
  • Help customers set up the event app
  • Closely work with sales team to onboard new customers
  • Closely work with product team to solve technical questions from customers
  • Learn new tools and improve the whole customer success process.
