Whova is seeking a talented and motivated Tradeshow Manager to join our team.The Tradeshow Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our company’s participation in trade shows and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional trade show experiences. Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Manage logistics related to trade show participation and work with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment.
  • Work with other teams to design and oversee the creation of booth displays, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate booth logistics, including shipping, installation, and teardown and ensure that the booth is attractive, functional, and aligned with the company’s brand image.
  • Implement on-site promotional activities to engage with visitors and capture leads.
  • Well understand our products and customers and engage with visitors to showcase our products/services.
  • Foster positive relationships with trade show organizers, partners, and industry peers.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years full time working experiences in relevant positions(Marketing, Sales, Business, Management, Operations, etc)
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
