Whova is seeking a Engineering Manager in San Diego, CA.
Job Duties:
- Manage engineering team for event management software
- Direct projects, assign tasks, review deliverables, and set priorities to meet organizational goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, define project scopes, and support collaboration
- Participate in engineering hiring by conducting interviews and providing selection recommendations
- Oversee the design of system frameworks and databases and supervise the development, enhancement, and issue resolution of event management software products
- Ensure product reliability through system monitoring and software quality oversight
- Develop the long-term technical vision and evolve the engineering roadmap
- Lead major technical initiatives for company’s applications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science. 6 months experience in job offered. Experience in developing product features and functionalities for event management software.

Salary: $194,896/yr – $200k/yr
