Can You Provide Instructions On How To Message Attendees And What To Include?

The messaging feature in the Whova app is super easy. You can send a mass message to all of your attendees through the announcement feature in the app or (as an admin) you can send a mass message through the Whova dashboard. Even those attendees who have not yet downloaded Whova will get the message via email. The message can include whatever you want such as sending a thank you, keeping attendees up to date on any changes, sharing a newsletter, and much more. All you need to do is create a subject, fill the content with whatever information you would like, and and click send.

You can also send individual messages to your attendees by going to their user profile and clicking on the little envelope above “content information”. The process is the exact same, just come up with a subject, fill in the content, and click send.
