How Can My Attendees Remove Or Change A Profile Photo?
If an attendee wants to change their photo they can do so in a matter of seconds. All that they would need to do is go to the “me” tab in the bottom right hand corner of the Wova app, then click “edit profile” in the top right hand corner. Once they are in the edit profile page they can simply click on their picture and either choose a different one from their photo library, or they can take a new picture right there on the spot!
If an attendee wants to remove their photo completely all they would need to do is email Whovas support team at support@whova.com and tell them that they would like their picture removed from their profile. Organizers can also contact support and let them know which attendees would like to have their pictures removed. Our team will quickly remove the pictures from the attendees profiles.
