How Do I Upload Attendee List?
You can add an attendee list in multiple ways.
- First you can add an entire list of attendees by uploading a spreadsheet that includes your attendees first and last names as well as their email. Other information such as current affiliation and education can also be added as well. You can download an excel template off of the Whova dashboard to see the proper format.
- If you are an eventbrite user, you can directly sync your list of registrants from Eventbrite to the Whova dashboard. Whova will sync with eventbrite everyday so you dont have to worry about attendees registering after you upload your attendee list.
- You can also add individual attendees in the “add Attendees section of the dashboard. You will need to upload their first and last name as well as email. You can add other information however it is not required.
