One Of My Attendees’ Account Is Associated With Another User, What Do I Do?
This is a very uncommon occurrence; however it does happen and it is very simple to fix. All you need to do is email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know which attendee is experiencing this problem. Our engineers will get right on the problem and make sure the proper profile is set up for your attendee.
