When Will Whova Send Invitation Emails To My Attendees Prior To My Event And Can We Control It?

Whova likes to send out invitations one week before the event so that attendees have plenty of time to get familiar with the app. The invitation process happens in one of two ways.

• As a courtesy Whova will send out the invitations to all of your attendees for you. We make sure to discuss with you, the organizer, before doing this so we can figure out the best date to send them out.
• The other option is that we send you the email template and you send it out to your attendees on your own.
