Why Does The System Keep Asking Me For Attendees But Won’t Let Me Put Them Into Whova?

If this problem is occurring, make sure that you are adding your attendees the proper way.

If you are adding them by spreadsheet make sure you are using the right format. You can download a template from the Whova dashboard to confirm you are putting the information in right. After you check to make sure you are putting in the information correct, if you still cannot add attendees contact support@whova.com and inform them of this problem. The support team will deal with it and get back to you as soon as possible.
