Setting up branded registration URLs through Whova is a simple process that allows you to maintain consistency with your event’s branding across all attendee touchpoints. If you’ve already purchased the branded web app add-on, you automatically receive a branded registration URL.
Here’s how it works:
Purchase the Branded Event URL
When you purchase Whova’s branded event URL add-on, you’ll be provided with a branded URL for your event web app and each registration page you set up.
The predefined formats for your registration branded URLs are:
- xxx.events.whova.com/registration
- xxx.events.whova.com/registration/exhibitor
- xxx.events.whova.com/registration/sponsor
However, it’s important to note that customization is somewhat limited. While you can adjust the “xxx” part of the URL to reflect your brand, the structure of the rest remains standard.
Once you reserve your URL, it’s yours for 14 days. After that, you’ll need to complete the purchase to retain the URL for up to 12 months after your event concludes.
Keep in mind that once your branded URL has been published, you won’t be able to change it.
