If An Attendee Forgets Their Password To Login, How Can They Get It Back?

Click “forgot password?” underneath where you would type your password.

All your attendees need to do is click on that link, and Whova will send a four digit verification code to the email that they used to create their profile. Once attendees type in the verification code, they will be able to change their password and get into their profile.
