This new feature is designed to simplify the process, providing attendees with the necessary documentation automatically and effortlessly, making reimbursements smoother than ever.

Once organizers enable this feature, receipts are accessible via the confirmation email sent to attendees who purchase tickets. This means that attendees receive all the necessary documentation immediately after their purchase, with no extra steps required. It’s important to note that invoices are not included in this feature; the purpose is solely to provide official receipts for reimbursement purposes.

In addition to receiving access to receipts via email, attendees can also retrieve their receipts through Whova’s registration portal. This portal not only allows them to view their tickets and purchase additional add-ons but also provides easy access to their receipts up to three months after the event.

For organizers, Whova’s new Registration Receipts feature offers added convenience by allowing them to download receipts either individually or in bulk, based on their needs. Individual receipts can be downloaded and sent directly to attendees upon request, whether they missed the confirmation email or have a dispute that requires a review of payment details. For bulk downloads, organizers can easily download all receipts to maintain comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and making financial reporting smoother.
