1. Get started. To set up their game, they can navigate to “Trivia Game” in the Exhibitor Portal Dashboard. This will be their home base for creating an engaging trivia experience.
2. Create engaging questions. Exhibitors can select from an array of starter questions, crafting their own original ones, or using AI assistance. For example, questions like “What are we giving away at our booth today?” spark curiosity and drive genuine interest, encouraging attendees to visit the booth. All questions remain editable up until someone plays, allowing for last minute flexibility.

3. Customize the settings. Exhibitors configure game settings by selecting the end time, describing prizes (they can even upload a prize picture), and choosing between automatic or manual winner selection.

Finding the games is simple – attendees simply visit the Community Board in the Whova mobile app and tap “Exhibitor Trivia” to see all available challenges. For exhibitors who chose manual winner selection, the dashboard makes it easy to do so. They can then customize their congratulatory emails with instructions for prize collection.
